Staying at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was much more spacious than expected and perfect for our family of 5. It was a non-smoking room which was great, and overall, it felt very cozy, clean, and offered excellent value for money.

The service was fantastic. The staff was very helpful, had sufficient English knowledge to assist us in getting around the city easily, and they were very friendly. They even fixed an issue we had by offering my wife and me breakfast for the entire stay.

The location of the hotel was quite good for exploring the town, being only 300 meters from the subway station. It was comfortable to reach all the main Tokyo city sights. Additionally, being near a beautiful park and in a quiet residential suburb with good transport links made it even better.

The dining experience was a bit disappointing due to the limited variety and the same food being served continuously, especially during our two-day stay. However, the food was delicious, but more options and variation would have been appreciated.
